Just download the app. I already saved the images from the website but I'm new to the area and only minutes away from the park so I got an annual pass and was hoping the app would make it easier down the line. sign in was fine! But instead of pictures I have grey squares. when I click them the screen is blank. it shows that I have 11 pictures but only grey squares.

Logs into screen with verify credentials, if clicked it logs you back out. Upper left is icon to scan bar code. If done says barcode saved and does nothing. Tried web interface as well, can't find photos with barcode, does not save barcodes, no way to do anything but log in/log out and search for barcode which apparently does not exist. They might as well show you a photo card and set it on fire in front of you. It would be more entertaining and more enjoyable.

When I scan the QR barcode on my photo key card it says barcode added to account. Then it says connecting server. Guess what... there's no photos to show. Even when I refresh. Also I went to the online site and typed in the number code.... nothing shows as far as any pictures. This product really SUCKS!!! I went for family fun to theme park and I can't even view the pictures even with a watermark. PhotoKey... fix your products to include your mobile app... is like to see my pictures.

This is a great idea NOW if it wouldn't crash everytime you try to use it would be amazing! I can never open it on my mobile device I always have to use their website and then its iffy. Customer service is helpful, but only if you email them. They usually reapond within 24 hours.

It keeps crashing on my samsung galaxy s9+. I can't even look at my babys photos because it automatically says error before the picture pops up. Please fix this issue. I didn't pay for this thing for me not to be able to get my photos.

I ❤, love, LOVE the PhotoKey program but... This app is extremely terrible. It crashes more often than it works... on both my phone and tablet! It should be so much better (or at least stable) given that it has a dedicated funding stream.
