The overall service provided by the app is good, with a few flaws, like takes to long to access the db where the patient files are located, and sometimes it simply crash and close itself. It saves time you can take a turn virtually.

Muy mala, haces un proceso virtual supuestamente para agilizar, al final esperas igual o más, la app te dice que es tu turno y no hay personas pero cuando vas a sucursal encuentras eso lleno y tu turno "virtual" ni se refleja en pantalla.
