Traveling with rowandair is the worst experience so far. Came back from dubia and our luggages didn't come back with us and the staff never put anyeffort today is the 6th day of my arrival and i haven't seen my bag . I regret using rwandair air. Never again in my life will i try it. There was no remorse they was no compensation so the losses.
