Would not track steps. I pressed the start button nothing happened. My husband's app worked perfectly. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It finally started working so I went on a second walk. It had a glitch mid walk and after 2 walks I show 0 steps. My friend had a similar issue but I guess on the ios version you can manually add steps. I have been unable to figure out how to manually add steps on this version.

Here's *SOME* Help, Everyone (please read all the way through): OK, I'm a team captain. My app worked fine for two days then I couldn't hit the start button. My calendar was gone, my past walks were missing on the screen, etc. The help center said they couldn't replicate it on their end, so I don't think helps coming. Here's what I did (WARNING: I'm not a professional). 1. Make another account. Join your team. Keep the same name or not, whatever. You need to use a different e-mail, though. 2. Link Google Fit (I used the same Google account, it allowed me access into my team captain page later, but then none of my walks as team captain counted. Soooo, maybe use another gmail account? I cannot say whether or not that will work, because I used the same). 3. Walk and get a few steps in. 4. Log back into your original account. 5. It *should* work to at least let you change goals, and walk HOWEVER, it didn't record my steps bc I used the same Google account. I cannot say whether using a different account will have different results, but at least I can edit things now as team captain and do my steps on my new account.. I've tried for 6 days to uninstall/reinstall, clear data cache, re-link Google Fit, redo Google Fit, etc. and nothing ever changes, because something is fundamentally wrong with the account. I CAN log into my team mates accounts PERFECTLY and everything works, but mine was dead in the water. That's why I created a new account. I figured I'd let my team captain account go dead and just use the new account, but when I logged into the team captain one, it worked....it just wasn't recording my steps (I can hit the start button and everything, it just isn't posting?). Good luck, and thanks for supporting Alzheimer's research, everyone <3

Not able to track steps or add manually. Not synching from Google Fit either. My walk is this Saturday and I would like this to work so I can participate.

The app initially let me log in. Had to change my password three times. Finally, changed user name and was able too. However, the start button didn't work and my Google Fit didn't sync.
