This app is faulty it does not work. When you try to sign in it shows error. Not happy with this app 😔😔. I am very disappointed with it.

for me its a waste of money and time if your receipt will only converted into point to be drawn in monthly raffle draw. it is better to be converted into points and redeem as a discount. by the way it is impossible to win in a draw if you are not a frequent shopper. so better convrrt the receipt into a poi ts that can be usefull to us as a customer. as for the apps.. some images is not shown .. kindly uodate the apps.

Useless app. Technical support is useless as well. Two years have passed since a problem was reported and they still haven't been able to resolve it. All that is left for them to do is blame the customer for their incompetence. It's slowly becoming obvious that these technical problems work to AlShaya's advantage.

Horrible email customer service, 2 months cannot get my replacement card # updated in the App, no option for me to do it myself. Customer service keeps sending the same response vs just updating my account.

so I had to add a receipt but when submitting, it says phone isnt online but that wasnt really the case. So when u go to contact us, it gives error network again. and the rest of the options dont go thru. called the contact center, the guy asked the barcode and I assume he added it. when I asked him what's wrong with the app, he said he doesnt know. impeccable customer service too!
