Moreover, listening to Surah-Rehman will improve your spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of life by uplifting your mood and changing your overall perspective towards life. Just listen at least 3 times a day or whatever number of times you like as described in following method:
1. Close your eyes and feel as if you are in front of Allah SAW
2. Listen to Surah-Rehman with heart and try to feel Allah SAW's love with eyes still closed
3. After Surah-Rehman is finished, open your eyes and take half glass of water
4. Close your eyes again and say Allah three times and drink water with eyes closed
Just try it for one week, it will work as Allah SAW loves you the most, you just have to ask Allah SAW with true heart and spirit.
