Please use serif fonts instead of sans-serif fonts for digital certificates. People overusing sans-serif fonts everywhere these days. For application's GUI, that's okay, but not for legal/serious papers.

Extremely not user friendly (and this comes from a guy who knows how to use and operate apps). Often, there will be external webinars with other providers and the pre- or post-test will be linked to this application. However, when they send the links, it will refer us back to this page and not the post-test. Ultimately, you have paid money for the webinars but you cannot obtain credits because the post-test is not existent.

Really grateful to have this application -introduced by my friend's wife. The skp is real and we can get certificate. Update: some webinar got me certificates with my name on it. But some of them, i kept on asking the support group because i only get empty certificate when i click save and open with adobe. They told me they cant give me the certificates because the application has released them. So in another word, i should just only use the screenshot certificate and edit it, no need to save.

Despite the apps actually need revamp, it's really helpful for me to get medical sources and discuss with other doctors. This platform is simple, easy to use, and you can get a lot of Credit points with just finishing a CME article.

Horrible service. Need improvement asap. My certificate is still not being given after months, and i have to contact the admin multiple times, but the issue is still not being solved yet.
