Have been use alodokter for 3 years. Never knew and never billed an alodokter fee before at the hospital, until today. Not much, only IDR 55k. But what makes this bad is they never inform this kind of fee upfront in the app when you make a reservation. To make it worst, the fee is higher than hospital registration fee and it don't actually make registration process at the hospital faster. So why charge more? Contacted their WhatsApp CS, until I write this, no useful update

It is better if from the beginning doctor inform about maximum questions can be asked. The ending of communication is not come from alodokter side...but both of us know it...

Only helps about 20% and the rest have to consult directly with the doctor on site.... Doctor in chat just helps you to finalize your thoughts about going to the hospital and seeing a doctor straight away... Chat applications like this might help choose which doctor to visit but nothing more than visiting a doctor directly is better than using a bridge like this according to me.... Everyone has a different opinion....so it's up to you. The world is like this, yeah no one is here for no reason.

Can't talk anymore, just can choose yes pr no after talk about the symptoms, whereas my symptoms not as simple as that, idk why after some questions from the doctor, i magically can send a text. I mean that's a bit weird

Great app. Except I couldn't access the lowest part of the screen where there are icons to switch between tabs because my navigation buttons covered them. So every time I tried to switch to another tabs, my finger's tapping the navigation button instead. It's frustrating. Please fix this. I'm on Google Pixel 2 XL.
