Please ensure that you bring the original invoice with you as proof of purchase.
• We will exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you bring it back to us in an unused condition and fit for selling within 15 days. Please exchange items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, Additionally, any free promotional gift given with any product must also be returned if you are exchanging those goods to which the gift related. Where provided, belts and any exclusive packaging should be included with your return.
• It is necessary to exchange the product(s) with equal or greater value than that which it replaces.
• Size exchanges are based on stock availability.
• Clients will have to pay the difference in the amount (if required).
We regret the following products are entirely excluded:
• Goods which have been altered, or personalized to a customer's specifications.
• Products on SALE or offered with any other promotion.
• Products that are being purchased during a SALE.
• Items that have been previously exchanged.
• Special order and custom-made items.
• We reserve the right to change the price of our products, any time for any reason.
• We try to ensure that all the prices displayed on our barcodes and website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have purchased or ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
• Prices may vary in customized order(s).
• We cannot ensure that all merchandise offered on the website is available at the same price in store. From time to time we may offer additional discounts for purchases online that do not apply in stores, or vice versa. Additionally, merchandise sold as sets online or on FaceBook may not be offered as part of a set within stores and individual prices may apply.
• Once an item is sold out, it can be reproduced and may be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time.
• Membership card is not applicable on promotional goods.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability; items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
• Customers will have to pay half of the amount in advance for any customized order(s). Customers making advance payments will receive items in priority to customers on the waiting list or in-store customers for immediate pickup. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected advance payment merchandise due to unavailability of fabric or trim used in selected product (however we can always show our clients alternate fabric or trims on request). In these circumstances, we will notify you by phone call or email and/or refund the advance payment.
• Cancelling your order. (Not Applicable On Online Shopping)
• We take immediate action on your orders; however, you have the right to cancel your order within two hours. Cancellation after a period of two hours will result in a deduction of 10-30% from your advance payment.
• You cannot cancel your order once the product is ready.
