I started using this app about 2 years ago on my LG G5 phone. It worked fine then, except for the fact that it only uploaded 9 pictures at a time and at that time I had about 2,000 pictures to upload, so that was a real pain. But now I've changed my phone to an LG G7 and it doesn't configure at all. I resorted to using a memory stick but it doesn't go through all the pictures. I've got 6,000 pictures on the memory stick and it only goes through about 200 of them. Very frustrated.

Very frustrating. The frame does not show the confirmation so that I can accept it to upload pictures. I've had this frame for over 2 years, got 2 others for family members and now all 3 dont work. this is ridiculous. These frames were $120 each at best buy!! This issue needs to be fixed asap.

Bought 2 frames for family. Updated my phone, now both frames are "Waiting for confirmation" which does not arrive on frame. Try to delete users from frame (to remove old phones), nothing happens. Definite flaw in the software.

Loved it - at first. got new phone and can't link to frame. One of our frames can't get pictures anymore even from linked phones. What happened???????????/

allowed me to bind device easily out of the box. lasted about 1 hour then app continuously stopped working. uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no success! we bought 4 of these...and 4 will be going back!
