Buggy and crashy. The fact that the developers don't reply to the negative comments here tells a lot. However, the app is necessary if you are unfortunate to have bought the product, and unlike the watch menu, the settings in this app actually work.

App has many bugs: most important, wrong location, problems to send text message, reset or change password from app is not workig, can not get in to web service either. Support not able to help, asking to deliver a watch for review. Useless, waste of 144 EUR.

The application is well designed and more then usefull but after one removing my MyKi Junior watch from application I am unable to add this watch so I can use it again. After initial scan of watchs QR the application shows a message about "Error adding the device. You are the owner". There is no way and no option so I could be able to normally use the application again. It's very frustrating and disappointing because in this situation I am also unable to contact your tehnical services. HELP!

App not working, claiming my phone has no internet. Cannot connect the myki device, was offline, than app also stopped working. Live support in the app also not working, funnily the contact form on your site also doesn't work. How could I restart the Myki watch that is offline and not connected to the app if it doesn't even have a restart button? The only restart is in the app, but as the watch lost connection I cannot restart it that way. 2 days after we got it back from repair ...

App and watch have constant bugs, battery is very low capacity. One star seems too much.

Since last update I cannot open my phone app while phone is connected on wifi. It works only when phone is on 3g network.. Also gps tracking for watch is not working correctly. Most of the time watch is showing location based on wifi that is not precise and it cannot be forced to show gps location.
