This app uses Way, Way, Way, to much battery and data. It also freezes up my phone or I don't receive dispatches in time. I've had times where I receive a dispatch, I open and look at the job, submit my eta and then it tells me that, the job has timed out, even when there's still 80 seconds left. Oh and when I'm logged in I can't exit back out. I have to always menu out, which it seems like I'm not completely out whether I'm on duty or not! When multiple dispatches come at same time, it crashes

I'm having the same issue that others are having. I will get a notification and when I open it the screen is just blank white. If I close it to re-open it, it says job has timed out. All within a few seconds of getting the notification. Its making my call acceptance rate very low. You guys need to fix this asap!

Sucks times out without even seeing the job and they are not smart enough to fix it! Come easy fix go back to they day before your update that caused the problem start over.

I got the Samsung 9 plus and don't work at all on it and my older phone did work. Need to completely redo the app it is terrible and it's not worth it. I'm about to get rid of thos app not worth the hassle

Junk. It will go off saying I have digital dispatch. Will open within seconds of it going off and it will say it's timed out
