App won't open. Worse is I call to schedule tow for the next morning, and they can't do that in advance "due to covid". What?!!? Customer service is 0-stars so far.

The app will not open. Am error message says it has a bug; but there is no fix for it yet abs this has been a couple of months now! Fix it already.
