BEWARE!!! Smartrent (also owns Alloy) premium smart home devices are dramatically falling short of customer's expectations in reliability and general human safety. In many cases, even starting FIRES in people's homes!!! Now that is truly a HOT new tech startup!

App doesn't work at all and nobody ever responds use a different company this one is horrible.....

Useless. The app is not responsive most of the time. Change climate settings...nothing happens. When it does adjust temperature, it reverts back to previous settings only a few minutes later. I still have to use the wall unit if I intend to make adjustments for more than five mins.

Just moved into a new apartment and it has this device so I download the app and it tells me to sign in and yet I have not been able to set up an account yet . How do I set up an account?
