Everything went great for the first year that this laundromat opened and started using the app. Had no issues until recently. Every time I go to try and start the dryers, the app freezes when saying, "Please make sure all doors are closed." I have to fully close out of the app to get it to go away. To start the dryers I have to go log into the kiosk and waste more time. It's irritating. Please fix this issue!

In general works quite well, but I recommend disabling notifications, especially for dryers, as there appears to be a way to extend times from the notifications and I have accidentally triggered it without intending to. Since I don't leave laundry unattended anyway, the notifications don't really serve a purpose. Still, this is a huge improvement over using tons of quarters. I would recommend app.

Where all other [apps] have failed, Huebsch succeeded... Also, on the rare occasion that one of the machines DOESN'T work, that's always on a site-by-site, case-by-case basis. Otherwise, I've been using this app for three months now, and I've yet to have a SINGLE issue. 'Nuff said.

Easy Peasy with the App. & Washer's & Dryer's.... Like clockwork....& A Reminder When it's almost done....like down to the minute. No more having to sort change.... No more having to make bills being accepted to a michine....& Having a machine re-spit them back out cuz it won't read/take it. Perfect way to Access the water temps & or time to set for dryers Even extra cycles if needed everything....on the app. Thanks Again! 💯🥰😍👍❤️😎

The app is a plus. I can check how much time is left from my car. Also, i can add more if i need to from the comfort of my vehicle without having to get up. Excellent and reliable laundromat.

Easy to use. Beat part is being able to see availability before leaving your house. I also like the option to add time to your dryer remotely.
