What exactly is happening? I paid subscription of 5,200 and sent my snapshots and all the required information to the email provided but was not added to the VIP or sent any information regarding my payment. I can't understand what the problem is. Also, Contact numbers should be provided to fasten the enrolment of new subscribers into the VIP having paid the subscription fees. You can imagine 6 good hours after payment, one is yet to be enrolled. This issue should be looked into critically
