This worked perfectly for years but now after the latest update the app immediately crashes upon opening. Totally useless now. You took an app that worked perfectly and completely ruined it. What are we supposed to do now to monitor our heart health? PLEASE FIX!!!! This app isn't a silly game - it directly affects people's health in a very serious way and fixing this should be of the highest priority and urgency.

As bad as the Omron app. But at this app at least still supports my EKG device. Instruction videos you can't seem to skip even though I've done it a hundred times. Maybe I missed the skip instructions thing. Very frustrating that I had to waste my time to get through them. I'm sure my pulse and blood pressure was high just from my shear anger at the annoying app.

The latest update had rendered the android app fairly useless. Will hardly connect to the device and when it does it will record until it's almost done, 2 seconds to finish and restarts rather than giving me an option to save a short report. My update - I can take a single lead reading with no problem. But that was after I took the advice of another poster, deleted and reinstalled the app. I wish I had tried this first since it seems to point out the issue is with the 6L not the smart phone.

Initially the Kardia 6L worked perfectly fine when I first purchased it on May 21 this year. I would have given a much higher rating but unfortunately...since two weeks ago the connection has become very unreliable. Sometimes no connection at all. I also see similar comments. Does this problem has to do with the latest apps update? Kardia team, please fix it quick.

Since the app updated to the latest version three days ago it now crashes (or stops) every time on opening. Sometimes it doesn't stay up long enough to allow me to send feedback. Sometimes the Android OS says it is slowing the system and would I like it to be into sleep mode. Please fix this very serious bug ASAP as it is preventing me from recording my ECGs.

The Kardia device works great, connects well to my Note 8, recordings are easy to view. I am annoyed that you have to pay a yearly fee to have the new interpretive upgrades (SVE etc). For $150 per device, that shouldn't be an add on! My biggest complaint is how the OMRON blood pressure data is displayed on the History page - below the graph, the individual readings are half obscured by the black navigation banner. The "HTN Stage x" note overlaps the BP #s, so I can't see the info I most need.
