Using BlueStacks

As of 26th June, there's a bug regarding the timer. I had my retainers out for about 24 minutes yesterday, and the timer didn't reset today! So it carried over said 24 minutes, and I'm now facing just over an hour of out time today. Very annoying! This could potentially affect my progress being monitored. Fix it asap please!!

This app is awful. My dentist shared with me my treatment plan, the app is not loading it so I can't even see it now. It keeps logging me out and it's just really annoying. For the amount of money we are paying them for Invisalign I think they should be a bit less stingy spending money to fix this app and actually to many it useful to patients! It makes invisalign look like a total scam :)

You have to log in every single time you access the app, it's a real pain and puts me off - my bank has single sign on, surely data about my teeth doesn't need a higher level of security?! Dashboard is "OK", but overall ux is poor, the app doesn't have much to offer. There is no CliniCheck, which would be useful. I could just as easily set a reminder in my calendar to switch aligners...and I wouldn't have to log in...for the price of the treatment, I'd expect a much better supporting app.

Doesn't show the complete process, after 3 years and 150 aligners, my doctor gave me the pass to get in, my surpirse was only simulation for the last 10 months are shown. The whole point of the simulation is to see (and show family members) the before and after 3 years of treatment which is spectacular. Español: No muestra el proceso completo. Tras 3 años y 150 alineadores mi doctor me hizo entrar, pero sólo simula los 10 últimos meses. No se ve el antes y el después que es espectacular.

Waited for a reminder to change for the next step, and the app failed. Was suddenly logged out. Missed the right date. Not useful, not reliable. Though the idea is perfect. Pity it doesn't work.

Scanning function doesn't work. Trying to manually enter the data results in a "Server Error" message. Cannot use it it all.
