had this app for over 2 years. lots of updates but they still fail to deliver. taking pictures is arduous at best. Has taken as much at 20 minutes just to take 3pictures, even when I have a family member help. Changing dates, scheduling and notifications all tedious and unreliable. Be so glad to get done with this.

App is barely functional, slow, and the time log is buggy. Most of the features only work if you are prepared to spend an hour messing with them.

Does this app even really work? This is the 3rd time in about 2 years I've installed, and I can't seem to get my appointment requests fulfilled. I don't get a call from any consultant therefore, can't schedule an appointment. It randomly fails to find my location...I'd rather opt for braces at this point

The app used to work but now it's bugged. I use it for virtual care since moving, but the detection does not work properly. I manually take my own photos. please fix.

it's cool, but the timer operation is a bit annoying. I wish I could just tap once and set the reminder by default so that I don't have to choose it every time. the timer reminder is confusing. tapping the notification doesn't stop the timer. the timer stopped notification is not necessary. it doesn't accommodate dark themed phone. the session timed out too soon.

The app had a hard enough time detecting back teeth and now after my kid had to take a month off from progress pictures the app doesn't even take a picture! Keeps giving the blue prompt "open mouth" even though her mouth is wide open! Would rather see the ortho in person at this point!
