Worst hotel app for Mobile, buggy, always crashes. Get the blue alice logo screen of death where it won't move past it. If it were up toe I would choose a different company to do business with that has atleast a halfway functioning app. App is useless because it fails to work more often than it works. Also the second you punch in it says you have timed out... Do you have a better staff app that is updated to where it actually runs how it's supposed to? To developer response- total lies

If the app would work properly without freezing or logging you out for being" inactive"at random, this platform would be ideal. But it still needs so much more work on the firmware and functionality.

I've been using this app every day at work ever since the new updates I have not been able to login and get my work orders this is ridiculous I am not running an old version of the app if I updated and it stopped working At this point I tried this app on multiple devices it just does not work on Android

Do you like to Uninstall a app everyday and reinstall just to get it to work, everyday? Do you like to leave your phone open on the app so it's the only way to get notifications?Do you like to also sign in 35 times a day cause you idle longer then 3 minutes? Well look no further I have the app for you! Oh don't get me started on support.....let's say I haven't been able to log in for 2 months and that just got fixed. Seems to work fine for iPhone users, if you are android goodluck.
