Whenever I try to sign in with my registered number it is directly jumping on sign up page which creates unnecessary account. For 3 weeks tried to contact customer services and unfortunetly I left with no luck in solving this issue.

App is awful, ugly UI, constantly booking incorrect orders. But their support is worse. They ended up delivering 5 bottles instead of 2 and even after calling them about 20 times, they could not resolve the issue.

Costumer Service is very bad. I will not recommend. Not solving problems only closing and charging by them self. App is not working properly. Balance is not showing.

The worst costomer service. Placed my order on 4th of May and i havent gotten my delivery till today (may 12th) , everytime i call them they keep saying it will be delivered within 48 hours and guess what...? NO WATER... EID MUBARAK Al Bayan, May god "bless" u! Amen!

Never ever charge their wallet with money in the app at the time of refund they will make your life hell. The help center people they don't have any clue. Seems like these people lives in stone age totally depends on customer that he should remember everything, exp. Transection details etc... After 5 times call no solution. Even they did not come to collect bottles and I have deposit receipt as well. Many companies for water please avoid this Al Bayan, because they don't have custom value.
