UPDATE: the May 11 update doesn't run the scene I have programmed for the thermostat. UPDATE: The 2 March 2021 update resolved the problem I reported in my previous review.. This app worked like a charm, until the most recent update (mid-February). Now I get an error message: "Device not responding. Please make sure it is connected." I can operate devices from my Lyric control panel, so devices ARE connected. The latest update is a MAJOR failure, and makes the system useless.

Kicked out of app months again and couldn't remember my password when logging in. Now the Reset Password doesn't work at all. You type in your username and it says "Error in system. Please try again later.' Absolutely worthless app if you can't even sign in. The app developer needs to read these reviews as this problem is pervassay and ongoing.

I like this app then hate this app. Something changed recently bc I was able to shut off SMS and leave push notifications on. Now when I turn all notifications on but turn SMS off.....it turns everything off. Driving me nuts bc I receive a text and push notification every 10 seconds due to a moving tree. Fix this please.

Summary: It's terrible. Password reset function simply does not work. "Try again later" for the last few weeks. Back when it let me login in, it could turn my alarm on/off, sometimes. Other times it gets stuck, or succeeds but doesn't realize it. Doesn't offer any real ability to configure the system either, which means the terrible Honeywell keypads are still needed. I like the idea but it's so half baked as to be useless.

I wish I had not purchased their system. Since the app keeps bugging me for a new review here it is. They finally fixed the bug where you were locked out, even with your password, if the finger print reader fails. Now it is just a poor app. Connecting to your system is slow and unreliable. The app is little more than a virtual key panel. Unless you remember the secret button sequence to accomplish a task you are out of luck. In some cases it provides less information than the physical panel.

Was good. App performed reasonably well. Not anymore. Now I can't use it at all. There's a problem with the wireless connectivity at the panel. I can't even log in to the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I can't log in. Tried to reset my password couldn't even get the text it was supposed to have sent to my phone. Please fix this. It's been broken for probably 4 months now.
