ADT/Protection 1 had to come out to update our software to the newest version because I wasn't getting email notifications on its activity. The tech had me download the user app for it. It didn't work at first. After he helped set it up. It worked. Now it won't sync and it won't arm. I'm not wasting any more time with it. I'm deleting the app. Thinking about deleting ADT. Haven't been happy since ADT took over.

Horrifying app. Does not give me the option to receive a notification when your alarm is triggered. Additionally, the geo-fence feature is a joke. The notification pops up hours after I actually leave my house.

It keeps asking me to change my password, I do, but after 5 minutes numerous times, it just still says working. I have not been able to use it yet for over 2 months

Intelligent privacy for HD cameras. When enabled, your camera will automatically turn on privacy mode when you disarm your system, and turn off privacy mode when you arm your system. Privacy mode stops camera from streaming and recording, reducing unnecessary notifications and events. Enable this new feature in each camera’s settings page.
