If you like errors this is the app for you! It works about 1/4 of the time. When it does actually work it's great. Most of the time it will display some error and make you want to throw your phone.

Updated our home system as you asked. Now, the app barely works? On/Off Way too frustrating. I'll make sure I manually set EVERY time now. Please, fix this app to work appropriately. I had to go into my online account to even figure out the activation code. Please, don't make this so hard for your customers.

This app worked wonderfully for many years and in the last 9 months it does
not work at all. I've called and they cannot help me at customer service.
So frustrated. We will be cancelling our services after over 10 years.

Forces to get 3/4G upgrade, then esecure stopped working. Called and spoke to someone who was able to get me in by pc but not the app. I pay extra for esecure, so why can't anyone help me? Shopping my options for when this term is up.

App takes forever to connect and 98% of the time it fail to connect. I have to close app and restart Manny times in order to connect.
