Does not send phone notification. Called customer service many times and when they cannot figure out why said it it because internet was slow?? And yet internet speed is more than the required speed.

When you open up the app you can not see who is at the door. It just sits there and spins.

We had this security system installed Almost 2 years ago. The camera worked ok for a couple of days , and then sporadically for a couple of weeks then nothing. I was told that I needed wifi extenders, which we got. That didn't Help. I was then on the phone with support many times. they had me do a bunch of resets from my router, and extenders, and the camera. Still no luck. We have had Telus come in and redo our wifi tp 5g fibre and wifi extenders and still nothing. I get occasional emails saying that the back or front doors were left open. It has been so long since I gave up on the system, that I don't even remember my password. I don't think that I would recommend this to anyone.

The system is amazing. It makes me feel very safe and secure. The cameras are pretty clear. If I was to give 1 complaint it would be that the doorbell camers are not in color. It would be extremely helpful and beneficial if all the camera recorded in color.

I like the way it makes my family feel safe. The backyard camera is very clear and audio from the door bell also clean great audio for all ,thank you guys who installed the system totally professional polite to my wife BRAVO..I found it takes a little time to load to my phone but all said very effective.

CAMERA has very slow response time. Been on the phone with tech support too many times trying to get it to work. It hasn't recorded in a month. Don't waste your tme or money on it as we have.
