No wear os app. LTE watch but need the phone still to disarm the alarm when I go running.

This app totally sucks. You can't delete a device even though the battery won't work and support can't help you either. Just a waste of your time working with these people. They keep lying and saying that they haven't been paid and every month I have to send them an email telling them when each check cleared. They are very unethical and they want to double if not triple your charge every month. Very bad people

horrible. not just the app but also the equipment, customer service, price, and service. equipment breaks frequently and they mess up billing for warranty replacements. alarm says it is off but then triggers anyway and they cannot diagnose or resolve the issue. locks report inaccurate status info in app. video recording is complicated and there are no instructions or guidance only to learn months into the service that you have not been recording this whole time. customer service know nothing.
