TERRIBLE app. It never loads correctly, always lags when someone rings the doorbell, randomly stops connecting to my phone. TERRIBLE customer service. They've never solved 1 issue i've called in about. Salemen don't actually tell you that eventually the doorbell camera eventually stops recording because the memory is full...sooo basically it hasnt been doing what im paying for it to do for at least 4 months and.....no help.... I'm so over this company...

I don't want two step authentication. Can't get it to stop asking. Now I can't see my doorbell camera. Everything is starting to fail and all they can say it's looks good on their end. Can't wait to end this contract.

Avoid at all costs. The company does shady practices. The app is bad and they deceive you on your contract. I cancelled my contract with them 2 years ago and they randomly "reactivated" my contract without me knowing and started charging me again. Avoid this company.

Horrible customer service my sensor was turned off bc it kept going off they were supposed to call me to get someone to come check it out and noone has called as soon as my contract is over im gone.... 4 /16/21had an appointment bc my alarm isnt working properly and noone showed up i want to cancel my contract because they are horrible ive called several times this is crazy i just want to cancel my contract and go with someone thats cares about there customers.

Their sales guy came to my house, literally coached me what to say in the phone when signing up for services, promised me 19.99 a month. And from day one I've been paying 59.99 and can't get out of their deceptive contract and services. Stay away from this company as they are taking advantage of me and my neighbors who signed up for their services.
