This app does not work well with Android phones. There is a constant delay in viewing the cameras. Notifications to my phone are delayed. Once I receive a doorbell notification and attempt to view thr camera it buffers and the person is no longer there.

The app may be good But I wish I never would have purchased CPI. My cameras are at a 2 minute delay so somebody could come in my house before I even knew they were there. They've forgot to bring my key faab So the technician could set it up. I've called several times but it never works and if I want somebody to come out and help me they will charge me more money

We constantly have issues with late or no notifications. We also have the same video with same date and time stamp stuck and now have to delete literally 100 of them.

This app would be great if it worked better on android. Have this system in our small business and the video crashes all the time. For the past 4 months I cannot watch video feed for more than a few minutes without it crashing on my s10+ that is using the most recent Android firmware.

Decent UI but awful loading times. Really needs and overhaul. Loading and buffering takes so long that it hardly serves its purpose.

Always freezing or Takes a long time to turn the camera on when you hear a noise outside that time is critical Worked a lot better when I 1st got it.
