Consistently have a Malfunction alert. Does not specify what the malfunction is for, only states the model number of the Samsung device. Notifications don't come through, only after reinstalling the app multiple times. When I call for support, noone can help me, just bounce me around. Very disappointed.

Frankly, there are so many features that could be customized via this app, such as custom sound for alerts on phone, or setting a zone for exclusion in the doorbell movement detector. Disappointing.

This app doesn't allow you to call for emergency services like police or fire (you can only do it from the control panel). If something happens and you are not close to the control panel, you can't call for help. This makes the app completely useless. This feature really needs to be added.

Terrible. Doesn't record or notify you half the time. Very delayed in opening camera, etc. Will not be renewing.

I have never been more disappointed with the overall performance and customer service or lack of.I am most certainly not continuing to pay for less then adequate or reliable service. The call centers who represent Bell are alot of the issue.

Pretty fed up. The app almost never streams my cameras. They record motion constantly and I can see that but you cant check live feeds ever. Why pay for a service that never works?
