I have had the system and app for almost 3 months now. I can not get live feed from my backyard or garage pad and it doesn't record the garage pad at all. My vehicle has been broken into since the system has been installed and it has not recorded it happening. I have dealt with the installers multiple times and ADT and still the problems have not been resolved. I sent a message to the app and got no response. I don't recommend this app or the system that goes with it.

I am so angry with this app! Ever since the last update, I am not getting notified of "other" camera triggers. I only get notified if it is a person, animal, or vehicle. I contacted support and was told my signal wasn't strong enough, or my rule needs to be reset, or I need to only receive texts and not thumbnails. But everything was working perfectly before the app update! It is not my system, the problem is the app! I wish there was another way to accurately monitor my security system.

The App is pretty good. Can see my doorbell camera veey well. Video is crisp. App can be glitchy at times and there is a significant delay of notification to my phone after someone rings my doorbell. Sometimes they are walking away by the time the App opens up the doorbell camera. It can use some improving but overall it works ok.

The most poor connectivity( 4g lte or 5g) you have ever seen. Doorbell camera never works. Nobody calls police when alarm goes off( Brinks), nothing. Sat on the phone for customer service for 2 hours wondering why there was no call after an alarm just for them to say sorry. Do yourself a favor and get a self monitored system for the same price as their equipment but triple the quality.

Absolutely unorganized! I can’t create an account. I was with ADT which was bought by Telus. I dialled 10 different numbers from the internet to try to get in touch with them. When I finally got through, I was served by an incompetent person. She couldn’t help me create an account. She asked me 4 times when I was switched from ADT to Telus. I answered since Dec 9th. She asked 2021 ? Duh !!!! If you’re reading these comments ADT one Telus, would you please check your apps and sites so we can create an account ?

Can't control my thermostats. The tech was here yesterday and ever since he fixed my system, the app only shows what my thermostats were set at when he fixed them all up. It shows it was updated X amount of hours ago and that number keeps rising. It won't follow the schedule I set up and won't change the temp from my phone. I essentially have ZERO control over my thermostats and cannot check the temp or change it.
