App is fairly straightforward. Once you have made your "profile" then requires a 8 digit user id and password (both of which are printed on your payment slip). Note that the AKUH server seems to be quite slow and hence app often gives error messages.

Useless can't access my reports my net is completely fine it goes through to the test but when I click to view my report it isn't opening it.

Not just this app sucks but whole of their system sucks. Can't view the reports online and upon contacting their representative I get this "to sir ap lab se receive ker len, we can't do nothing about the issue"
