There's no doubt it's the worst food delivery company in Khartoum. The customer service is horrible, the food takes over 4 hours to get to you if you're lucky or sometimes they'll tell you they can't make it to you at all (after you've ordered - it happened to me). Don't waste your time with them, I highly recommend anyone to look for other services.
