Cameras frequently do not connect. When they do, app is "fine". But it's frustrating to constantly troubleshoot. Cameras are never found by scanning the network, and now they won't connect manually....so we are resorting to starting all over from scratch, which is a pain the butt because the cameras have to come down to hook up via ethernet cord. UPDATE: Now we can't get a wireless hookup...Wired is fine, but set 6(manual) or 7(auto) doesn't reflect any network so can't include in our network.

OK for viewing/controlling/setting-up the cameras but when I attempted to configure the e-mail settings for GMail, Google prevent it from doing so with a warning of a "critical security alert". Alerts for human motion use the long ID of the camera, not the human-friendly name assigned to it, e.g., "Garden". How do I know which camera DEAA-XXXXXX-XXXXX is? A snapshot of the event in the alert would be handy.

This app on my Chrome Pixel Slate tablet will only display a small screen in the middle of the app. It looks like my phone is against the screen in vertical mode & can't get full screen. I should be able to get a video larger then what appears on my phone on an 11" tablet screen. Clicking on max icon does nothing.

Sometimes have to restart the app to connect to camera Overall it does what I need it to. Easy to setup and use. It has even saved my wife over £1000. After a dozy Morrisons driver reversed into my wife's car and drove off. Little did he know the little camera caught it all.

Not very user friendly. Huge pain in the ass to set up recordings for more than one angle. There is no recording function for panning so if you want to record more than one angle you should get a different camera. The app takes a while to load the video feed. So say its pointed at a front door and someone rings the doorbell. They'll be standing there for a long time before the app loads the video feed. When you try to pan over in a direction the video feed freezes very frequently as well.
