I've had major issues w/this app for two years . Last year, I went to redeem my free birthday pretzel and the app wouldn't work. Store wouldn't do anything to help since they said their app is run by a subsidiary company. This year on my birthday, I went to the store again. Same thing. The QR code is there. Store said it wouldn't scan. Store would not honor it. I asked for a phone number to call and their response was that I had to email. It has now been 3 1/2 days and the issue is not resolved.

App no longer works. If the company spent a little extra money to get the app working, they'd probably recoup their money in no time. Two different times this month I would have purchased pretzels had I been able to use the app.

App does not work. After resetting password multiple times and re-installing the app still does not allow me to log in.

It's just doing this, it works on iPhones, but Android version, it signs out after twenty six seconds. I don't know why it was doing this up still to this day, It still signs me out of the app. So I'm just not comfortable opening an app and signing in everytime. I was able to redeem my reward but only by taking a screenshot.

I love the app I signed up for my account a few years ago with my Facebook login info and every time I use your app I have to login with my Facebook account which is fine but up until recently I haven't been able to login to my Wetzels account on the app because every time I try to I get an error that says something like login failed.. implementation error with Facebook login. Up until recently I never got an error like this specific one.. I've contacted support I hope the issue is fixed ASAP!

I've loved to go to Wetzel's Pretzels for years now, and now that I know that I can get rewards for it, I love going there even more. I don't have any login problems, nor any rewards problems. Amazing app. My favorite feature is the fire pretzel button.
