I updated my credit card info, then proceeded with my order, selected my credit card, tapped "confirm"... and, nothing happened. Then I closed out the app (not force-stopping it, which is different). When I reopened the app, it wouldn't let me do anything and just kept prompting me with a "we're sorry!" error message. And since my rewards are linked to the app and there's no way for an individual restaurant to pull up my account info, I couldn't redeem my rewards. App needs a lot of improvement

This app is horrible, I always have to restart it at least once whenever ordering food because it freezes/locks up. Also update how you select the date for a card expiration, it's ridiculous to have to scroll through each month to get to the next year.

Absolutely awful. Was this app made by 12 year olds? The select a date for CC expiration is the worst thing that's ever been applied. Checkout process asks for an address after you already entered payment info. But dont put that card away! The next screen will ask for even MORE payment info. You guys made a garbage app that definitely hurts your brand image.

After working with Tech support my issue was that my online account for Penn Station wasn't complete. My the app should have you confirm all the account info at first login. Overall the app is good now that I can use it a little clunky but gets the job done.

Sure, I can order food. And I can pay for it. But the app provides next to nothing in flexibility. For instance, the grilled veggies add artichoke cost more than adding a couple of veggies to an artichoke sandwich which I do in store all the time. I can't do that on the app. I can't add pickles to most sandwiches and it is just a pain to not get a sandwich the way I want it.

Everytime I try to order from any store that is taking online orders, whether it be for now or later, I get the error "Your selection is invalid." Can't place any orders with the app. Doesn't give any clue as to what is invalid or how to fix it.
