In order to get reward you have to show it to staff and they redeem - it is
not stored on your account. It's is very inconvenient as staff doesn't ask
you about rewards and you might not know or forget

In app prices are significantly more expensive than in store purchases for
the same item. In app purchase for egg sandwich and large coffee was
$14.15, in store it cost $10.55. What a rip-off.
