Can't even apply promo, for minimum 300 tk order, 100 tk was off, but can't apply it, your app is buggy, search system is poor, the app doesn't even have a feedback section or any complaint section. If there was a chance to give negative stars I'd have given it. Waste of time.

My worst experience ever. My first order was cancelled after 1 hour. They took the order and showed that the meal is preparing but after 1 hour they called to inform me that the food is not available. My second Order was also cancelled. After 1.5 hour of ordering the food I called them and they said that they didn’t even place the order but on the app it was showing that the order is placed. Very bad service.

Very very bad service. Even after 4 hours they didn’t deliver the food. Worst thing is, you can't cancel the order and they'll not cancel order even if they failed to delivery food after 4 hours. Never ever try this app.

When I tried reporting a negative on the HNK delivery app I instantly realized that it wasn't the fault of the delivery app of HNK riders but the real service app for public that creates confusion. Unable to correctly put the restaurants location wise so the people could order the food from the region they are we riders have to go through such troubles as taking the delivery orders out of our boundaries sometimes mistakenly. It is of my upmost request that you resolve this for the humble riders.

Worst app ever! So I ordered food, their app was showing "THE MEAL IS BEING PREPARED". Suddenly, after almost 2 hours it shows "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO RESTAURANT CLOSE. But the restaurant was DEFINITELY OPEN, when I ordered from the app. & even if it was not, they could've just called me/messaged me right way. But NO, they kept me waiting for 2 hours & then messaged me. You guys didn't even offered me any refund as IT HAPPEND WITH ME TWICE! I starved the whole night.

Very bad Other online food service very good.. Hungrynaki must work on there location.. I try to set my location last 20 min but they say our service is North avilable to this area. I can not find my location in there app.. So it was very bad experience...
