Worst financial app, I don't know why these guys still exist in play store, their app doesn't work, verification email doesn't come through, it seems these guys already ran with public money and have discontinued all operations except this app on play store. When it comes to this app, don't go by the good reviews, just stay away, don't trust these guys with your hard earned money, also these guys are in quarrel with the Venezuelan Govt, and that's a big red flag too. P.S. Website doesn't work

I have a lot of troubles using this app. First it didn't recognize my phone. I received a verification ip link. After that i've been trying to verify my document and it says it doesn't have camera permission but it doesn't ask for it either. I tried to give that permission via app system settings and only require location permission.

Can't log in to the app at all. After entering credentials it doesn't log in, it just clears the fields and asks me to log in again. And the web interface on PC and mobile keeps freezing no matter which browser I use. Can't complete account setup and verification. Will be happy to change rating once issues are fixed.

Updating my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Nothing changed. It has been several days already. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Tried using different browsers on both my phone and pc. It freezes for several seconds before moving to the next screen.

Login stuck on Ip verification. Visa, MasterCard, Banks, Crypto Exchanges, nobody depends on IP addresses anymore for security verifications. They all use 2fa with sms or authentication apps. From the reviews here, you don't seem to understand that IP addresses are dynamic. In Kenya they change every few seconds. Phones have twin Simcards, then home wifi, a friend's shared WiFi, & they all come with different ip addresses. Send OTP sms to phone number for logins & everybody will stop complaining

Very useful application to change our dollars to inr.. When the application is freezed for some time i just contact support team they solved the problems by taking immediate action... When i not received my payment rs.571 from my peer .. I contact the support the they take action and they contact my peer and i received my payment within 24hrs ... Very useful platform and well response by them.
