Not only do the help instructions not match the current software, but the people on chat don't read your messages and just repeat canned messages. UPDATE: After getting a supervisor, I was able to resolve the issue. They still have a way to go. I'm willing to pay for a software upgrade after purchase if they fix the data download process and remove conflicts between instructions and released software.

This app is great for receiving air quality alerts and reviewing useful data from my Airthings View. I did have an issue with this app not opening. I reached out to Airthings for help. Don responded quickly to let me know the issue was being resolved as well as offer solutions to get my data in the meantime. Don also followed up with me personally as the issue was resolved just to make sure everything was working and I was satisfied, which I certainly am.

This app doesn't open anymore on my Pixel 4. Tried reinstalling it and same problem. I keep getting notifications from it though, just can't open the app. Please fix ASAP. Update 3/23/23: App is working normally again. Really happy with the product, the app, and the customer service responsiveness. Thanks Don from Airthings!

Wasted 1h cause it didn't work after pairing it, then it showed that it de paired. possibly was issue with device getting auto update cause later it started working again. So very bad initial experience. Requires Bluetooth to refresh data by swype down which makes no sense cause it will refresh on restart, so this is clear bug. Very limited options for notifications.

This app was working shortly after launch now requires a login and does not find its own device. Terrible error handling with unhelpful user messages. Example for device setup error: "We're Having Trouble Connecting," - ok why? Make sure password is correct" - What password? "That Bluetooth is enabled" - helpful "and the Wi-Fi network is working as expected" - how are you expecting my Wi-Fi network to work? Requires login and locks devices away from the owner

Can't connect to devices, update wifi settings, pull data. Unusable. Worst app I've ever had the displeasure of using. UPDATE: I was able to eventually connect it to wifi once changing which channel the network was running, but neither the app or device provided any hints whatsoever around what the issue was. After that, the app was fine to use
