Not a complete App. Unlike your competitors glo or MTN, your app does not have some basic function of a Mobile telecom provider. You can't recharge router, you can't share data with the app, you can't do most of the basic function the *444# does. It is disappointing for someone like me that has been with this network since is was Econet. I have a router, mifi,and a phone line. I live in Benin city yet your customers cannot do their NIN in your offices in Benin but can in Lagos. It's to painful.

Though application concept is great, Easy to use, one's status well designed but some features are not working. Example is the transaction history. Nothing is displayed even when you just credited your account, there's no provision for recharging through code. Look into these and you'll have an excellent application.

Awful and regrettable. I have 4G router with registred Airtel SIM. I can't even enroll because the app is looking for the SIM on my mobile device. The app has refused to move to the next page for me to enter the OTP I received on the router mobile line. You should have considered those that doesn't have the SIM on their mobile device and at the same time will want to monitor their data and balance using the App.Please get your developers to regularise this. The security is accessing the OTP.

This is the most idiotic app I've ever used. I just tried loading #3,000 and I got charged but at the end of it all I got a notification saying "transaction failed" To make matters worse, their call center never goes through. I've been using Airtel since celtel days and I think it's about time o dumped this stupid network with its stupid and unreliable service.

App now forces me to switch network to airtel everytime I try to using it. What's the point? 😏 Too much inconvenience for nothing. I might as well just uninstall it. Edit: 19 June 2021 I don't have time to write emails your unhelpful support 🤷. Just do the right thing and make app function like before. Alert me when it's working again so I can download it. App deleted.

A useless app that has help and support section, only to give u a number to call that is not free. In spite of your paying for the call, u are unable to talk to an agent or lay complaints about the poor quality of their internet connectivity. Too bad.
