It was a pain to log in and when I did I found it had no content of use. Why v premium. I'm sure most of the users of this app would love to have it for all patrons. After all sorts of people pay to see movies and after all they pay the wages

This has made me more angry than when I started out. I want to book using a voucher and gift card. Website won't let me. Every phone number I find tells me to go online or visit the cinema. FAQs say I can pay by multiple methods if I use the desktop app. I download the app and the only option is Vpremium. Which only covers 4-5 cinemas across Australia. So I CAN'T BOOK MY TICKET AND USE MY VOUCHER. NOT HAPPY JAN!

Very disappointed. Why just an app for the premium service? There should be an app for all patrons to use to store their digital card, and find out session times and buy tickets. Get your act together, Village!

Why only Vprimium?! What about trying to accessing all other village cinemas and movie session times? Purchasing tickets is also confusing without any explanation why they vary in prices - would help have a little info icon you could click on for more info.
