Most staffs are trying their best to communicate in English but it's difficult to understand & most of them they all have diff info & confusing. We end up missing the flight because of covid test, we has one but they said we need another one.. If only they direct us to Pharmacy right away, we will be able to make it to the flights. Instead they said ff the term F..we're been running around the places that we suppose to go - their instructions was not clear. We end up staying in the hotel for 2

You can't use this app easily. Hard to book a fligh, maby you must sign in with your infos first as a requirment. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

I booked ticket in this App but ticket was not issued. Then I spend lot money to call them by phone. They charged again my card with extra money and issued the ticket. Now they don't have answers why they charged extra cost and why the ticket was not issued initially. I mailed but no response.
