Cannot add prepaid baggage on, trying to do so my flight in 5 days to avoid charges but my booking cannot be found through the app. If I end up getting charged full fare I won't be happy, absolutely terrible app.

HORRIBLE TIME trying to get ahold of customer service. DO NOT FLY AIR BUSAN. They're refusing to refund ANY of the $400 fare that needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19. THIEVES.

Cant even type in full name, only can input up to 25 characters. What is going on, Air Busan? When you ask to call your reservation centre, its in Korean Language, with no English option. How do you intend to go international like this?
