There are full screen pop up ads asking me, I think, to list my house on Airbnb. I don't own a house. There is no reason to show me this ad multiple times when I'm just trying to use your app, and this is completely unacceptable. On top of that there are many other issues making the app near unusable. For example, I'm trying to send a message to my host but the keyboard covers up the text box so I can't see what I'm typing.

To Developer: did you really just send me a wrong number?! Review: Terrible when traveling - unfortunately my US cell service doesn't work in Africa and it's been a nightmare trying to book with abnb just because they will not recognize my local phone number. I'm stranded with no place to stay and can't get through the final booking step. for an app that claims to be international, has been very painful to use outside of my home country

I tried to rent a room 3 times and each time it froze after submitting payment. Waited over ten minutes the first time. It never sent me any information to access my check in a I was charged all 3 times while unable to get any customer service. The motel room across the street was cheaper, better service and I didn't have to worry about them ripping me off. I was also denied the right later on to use this service because of my background while the entire time was never given a refund. Rip off

I had my reservation cancelled the evening of my arrival, and the website and app did not work when it should. Kept getting errors and customer service couldn't figure out what that meant. The customer service finally found someone who can help in 3 days or so, and my trip ended by then. I had to change the travel plan and book a hotel. Beware. ** To the support: I don't require help any more. The software and process are both flaky, and caught me at a wrong time. The damage is done.

I'm a host, this app is completely messed up, even after re-installing. Messages don't clear, I have a check in today but it says I don't on the main screen but I do on the calendar. Messages stay in the text box even after you send them. You would think with all the money they make off of guests and hosts, they could hire a competent IT department to ensure a fully functioning app

I am both a host and a traveler on airbnb for some time now and have to say that the application has become borderline unusable recently. While hosting, the cache doesn't clear after you make changes to pricing or booking restrictions. Messages also don't populate at the time they are received which has cost me several thousands of dollars in lost bookings. When traveling, you are now FORCED to select one of 60 categories to try and book a place. Just show me all the listings as default. Fees
