Getting 'Error! Unauthorized' error message after opening the app. Upon clicking any menu button, getting the error - 'Hey, you're not authorized'. Seems like Critical error. Please fix this.

There are multiple buttons that lead to the same item - - Link accounts/ exchange points - - yet none work for Mesra. Been trying to link for months; it's a registered card, Mesra says there's no issue on their end so it must be this app. And here's the best part - there isn't a contact /troubleshoot button in the app so I have to bring up this issue here.

Please inform the steps how to redeem points. I received emails saying my points are expiring, but seems no way to redeem using this app. Same complaints from others.

I have no idea how to use my expiring points using this app. I tried again, clicked on "use points" as directed. Other than book flights with is completely useless at this time. Also because I can't fly & accumulate or earn points i will just have to let them expire... Luckily I don't have many. I give up.

Recently it kept saying unauthorized. So i logged out and tried to relogged in. It requested for OTP 3 times because it never came in time. Now it says 'New OTP cannot be requested until cool off period ends'. What is this all about? When does this cool off period end?
