Broken. Updated the app both on my phone and touch display. Remote access does not work. Used to work. But for some reason only works over wifi and not data (4G) edit. Works on 2 Samsung phones but not my current oppo. So definitely an underlying issue somewhere.

Several calls to AA about the app not working. Update is not allowing the system to be turned off & on both at the wall & on phone. This is core to the functionality of this system. Tech support calls are not resolving this. Josh - please arrange a call out with me as requested to resolve asap.

My place App works fine however the tablet comes with my air system is useless, it's runs on custom android os, you can't update the OS and it won't connect to other home appliances due to outdated OS.
