Easy to use when connected to the same wifi network, but rarely works on the 4G mobile network! Just unreliable. I was on my way to work when I realised I hadn't turned my air con off. When I got to work I tried to connect remotely, but it just wouldn't work. Air Con stayed on all day, unnecessarily 😡 Update... Since upgrading my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, I'm having more success connecting remotely. Happier with this app now 🤔🙂

Great app, works locally and remotely. Simple user interface and enough options to effectively control the aircon throughout the house. Never had an issue until the tablet screen failed - contacted Advantage Air in Perth and they responded to emails very quickly and efficiently. They called me to discuss the problem and arrange for an engineer to visit. Each interaction was quick, efficient, courteous and effective. From an initial email (on a Sunday), I had an engineer on the doorstep on Wednesday 9am (as promised) and a new tablet installed (under warranty) in minutes. Highly recommend.

If it works , then it is a great tool. However, .......... it has dropped out more than 20 times with various error codes over the 2 years. Often leading to us not being able to cool or heat for a few days as tech help not always readily available. Finally replaced the tablet recently , but again AA3 error code.... Now I am only longing for a simple on/off switch or remote to steer the system

This very inconsistent with android phones. It hardly ever works when it's connected to the home Wi-Fi. Otherwise when it has worked it can be very convenient to use from your phone. Thank you for replying, I've been able to reset the system by switching off the a/c at the mains and turning it back on. This has worked well. Regards

When ever I use a app on my phone, my home wifi gets disconnected . It does get connected automatically after a minute . But this shouldn't be happening.
