Die Gastronomie besticht durch eine zeitgemässe, entschlackte Französische Küche, wobei vor allem auf perfekte Zubereitung und auf die Verwendung überwiegend regionaler Produkte geachtet wird.

Die App für Mösching’s Sonne Scheunenberg ist eine der ersten mit der aionav App-Technologie entwickelten Apps. Diese zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die App ohne jegliche Programmierung erstellt werden konnte.
