Cannot update, while the app keeps on telling me to update. It's not a very responsive app, it shows errors couple of times especially when I tried to pay for consultation and medicine. Although it's a very useful app, it gives unpleasant experiences.

Asking for update all the time. I just install for 3 days but already asked for update twice. Quite annoyed for me because i only use this app for checking the vaccine's schedule...

The doctors aren't ready to use this new platform, the hospital infrastructure also doesn't quite helpful, bad connection and noises when on zoom, my appointment was on 1pm but the doctor isn't ready until 2pm. The doctor said that he will give prescription and the hospital will call for the meds detail, but no call from the hospital. The apps is OK, but not for the doctors and the hospital, they seem didn't have the preparation to do this. Cust support is 5 star though.
