This app is great in theory, but it's super glitchy in practice. Moving from one screen to the next (after successfully paying for an online consultation, for example) comes with the Please Wait loading screen of death. Many times I have to close the app and restart then hunt around the different sections to see where my consultation has progressed. If you make a mistake and select Gcash but don't have enough to cover, the app doesn't allow you to select Gcash again even after topping up.

This app was just what I needed. The doctor herself was someone who was professional but also very personable. There was a glitch to the app itself, since I could not get the chat function to open. Otherwise, I liked my first experience with AIDE.

After i update the app, i have trouble in connecting to server! It took us how many hours before the doctor can reply. So disappointing!! I paid enough to get some help with your doctor but your app make it useless!
